Sprout Ginseng Pickled
Our company is producing the first hydroponic production of a single-year-old pet ginseng in Korea.
Sprout leaves contain more than eight times the saponin of the root, and when you're producing pickled vegetables, you put the whole sprout in.
We preserved the nutrition and taste as it is.
It is also good for health because it is produced using low salt salt to reduce salinity without being salty.
It reduces the bitterness of sprouts and increases the sweet and sour taste so that even young children can eat it without hesitation.
I recommend you wrap it with rice side dishes or meat.
You can use the remaining soy sauce soup as a substitute for salad dressing and braised soy sauce, so there's nothing to throw away.
