HX-70
Boiler tubes in power plants are the core facilities generating high
temperature and high pressure steam, which exposed to the severe
environments such as oxidation, abrasion, corrosion and slagging in high
temperature according to the shape and the fuel.
HX-70 can be applied to most severe conditions in which oxidation,
corrosion and erosion happen complexly in high temperature because HX-
70 protects materials by forming coating layer of amorphous structure(Fe2B,
CrC) with high hardness, corrosion resistance and excellent stability in high
temperature.
Hana Weltech’s HX-70 protects tubes from tough environment inside of
furnace which increases life-time of tubes, enables stable plant operation

HX-78
Boiler tubes in power plants are exposed to extremely severe environment
such as oxidation, abrasion, corrosion and slagging in high temperature.
Recently USC(Ultra Super Critical) power generation is on the rise for
many advantages. A USC unit operates above supercritical pressure and at
advanced steam temperatures above 593℃, resulting in a more efficient
steam cycle which increases efficiency, reduces fuel consumption, water use
and operating costs.
However these severe combustion condition and increase of using poorgrade
coal are accelerating the damage of boiler tubes. HX-78 is specially
designed alloy to reinforce the high temperature performance to protect
boiler tube from the USC combustion condition based on our best seller of
HX-70 arc spray wire.
